Lilly White's content, speaking engagements, webinars, coaching, retreats, books, Ask Lilly responses and other materials are intended to provide education, encouragement, inspiration and personal reflection.

They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, addiction-treatment, legal, financial or other professional adviceand are not intended to replace advice or treatment from a qualified professional.

In particular, discussions relating to addiction, alcoholism, recovery, grief, trauma, mental wellness, relationships, personal crisis or other sensitive subjects should not be interpreted as professional treatment or clinical advice.

4. Speaking Engagements

Information regarding speaking engagements, keynote presentations and workshops is provided for general information and promotional purposes.

Specific presentation topics, formats, availability, fees, travel requirements and other arrangements will be confirmed separately with the client or event organizer. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a request or inquiry submitted through the Website does not constitute a confirmed booking.

5. Webinars and Online Programs

Webinars and online programs may be offered on a live or recorded basis. Program descriptions, dates, schedules, instructors, content and other details may occasionally change.

Where reasonably necessary, Lilly White reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel a webinar or program.

If a program is cancelled by Lilly White, any applicable refund or alternative arrangement will be communicated to registered participants in accordance with the specific program's terms. Registration for a webinar or program is intended for the registered participant and may not be transferred, reproduced, recorded, redistributed or commercially exploited without written permission.

6. AAA: Angels, Archetypes & Astrology

AAA: Angels, Archetypes & Astrology is offered as a personal-growth, educational and spiritual exploration experience.

The material presented in AAA, including discussion of angels, archetypes, astrology and related concepts, is provided for educational, reflective and personal-development purposes. It should not be interpreted as scientific, medical, psychological, financial or professional advice or as a guarantee of particular outcomes.

Participants are encouraged to engage with the material according to their own beliefs, judgment and personal circumstances.

7. Group Coaching

Group coaching is intended to provide education, encouragement, accountability and personal-growth support.

Coaching does not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, counselling, addiction treatment or other regulated professional services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Participants are responsible for determining whether a coaching program is appropriate for their individual

circumstances.

Lilly White does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, health or other outcome from participation in coaching.

8. Books and Third-Party Purchases

Certain books and products may be made available through links to third-party retailers, including Amazon.

When you purchase from a third-party retailer, your transaction is with that retailer and is governed by its terms, conditions, policies and privacy practices.

Lilly White is not responsible for the availability, pricing, shipping, returns, refunds, customer service or other policies of third-party retailers.

10. Ask Lilly

The "Ask Lilly" feature allows visitors to submit questions for Lilly to consider and, at her discretion, respond to.

Submitting a question does not guarantee a response.

Questions may be edited for length, clarity, spelling, grammar, privacy or presentation before being published or responded to, where applicable.

Lilly White reserves the right not to respond to questions that are inappropriate, abusive, threatening, unlawful, excessively personal, defamatory, or otherwise unsuitable.

Questions submitted through the Website should not contain confidential information, passwords, financial account information, medical records, government identification numbers or other sensitive personal information that is not necessary to submit the question.

Ask Lilly responses are provided for general informational, educational and inspirational purposes and should not be considered professional advice or a substitute for qualified assistance.
