Power Up Your Life through the "Our Father"
I awoke this morning with an insight of the prayer , "Our Father". I say it upon awakening each morning . This day was different. It was so clear for me the symbolism in each line . As I pray to something bigger than myself , an energy I call GOD , I am also praying and speaking about love & direction to myself. This may not speak to you but if it does embrace with Amen , ( I am that)
Our Father
Who art in heaven , As Above so Below
hallowed be thy name , I am sacred
thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
We are the kingdom, the universe, lives inside us.
Give us this day our daily bread, Eat only what your body requires for today. Feed your mind with nourishing, nurturing thoughts.
Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass us. Forgive yourself, forgive others.
And deliver us from evil , discipline yourself for your own willfulness , you will not to tempted to dishonour your body , mind & your spirit.

3.Eat healthy, Breathe healthy thoughts
