Thought for the month
"Develop worth of self - you will have more to share with others." - Lilly White
Season's Greetings,
I read somewhere once that an offering is a thank you note to the universe.
Offerings are not exchanges for something. It is giving unconditionally.
An offering can be a quiet symbol of love. During this holiday season look within and around you and see where you can offer your services, your kindness, your friendship, a whisper of hope, a hug, or a shoulder to lean on.
How about an offering to your Christmas tree, filled with lights and its delights? You may choose to give it thanks for giving up its roots and coming 'alive' in the sacred space of your home this season. Offerings can be given to the fire wood that keeps you warm, or the snow as it sparkles on your windowsill. Life is filled with opportunities to give offerings.
Are we in observance of these daily miracles? Perhaps you have an alter at home or in your workspace where you offer prayers or flowers to the universe, angels, or to someone in your prayers?
This Holiday Season as we hurry with our lives, getting caught up in consumerism, (yes, it is for those you love) let us remember our daily offerings. My offering this season is to give thanks to the universe for the many changes in my life and for the grace to observe and live my life symbolically as much as I can.
I want to also give thanks for family and friends and for the things I take for granted such as literature, history, the internet and all the wonders I can find there.
Most of all I give thanks to you, for living on this planet at the same moment in our history. My offerings to you this Holiday Season as I place the small globe of the world on my alter, is that you experience peace, love, hope, compassion, and have faith. I also hope that you continue your journey of living your highest potential and that you see the divine in yourself, others, and the God in you.
It is my small thank you note to the universe.
In Gratitude and Hope,

TESTIMONIALS
Sitting in the office here this morning (Dublin/Ireland) and needing some healing from a particular situation I am living through, which is certainly not easy, it was delightful to receive your e mail and your angel message.
This e mail is just to say 'thank you' and also to say if Lilly is ever in Dublin we must meet for coffee.
Maria
